Absolutely AMAZING!!! From the first phone call inquiring about an appointment (due to a torn rotator cuff); Morgan was so nice and helpful. I asked to be put on a waiting list to get an appointment earlier than a week and she made it happen! My 1st appointment was with Trey. He was so thorough. I was sent home with a printout of my exercises and a recommendation for an inexpensive pulley system to perform my one exercise. My 2nd appointment was with Sierra and was just as wonderful! I had a great experience at Ability after my knee surgery. The therapy room is always clean and well equipped. Sierra was an amazing physical therapist. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Highly recommend!!!
I had my knee scoped and went here for rehab. So glad I did! All of the physical therapist's are great. They truly want you to get better. I ended up working mostly with Sierra and she is amazing! She asks a lot of questions and puts together a game plan for you. She is very understanding and strives to give you the best PT she can. She loves her job, and it shows!
Ability is hands down the premier rehabilitation facility on merritt-island. This is the forth or fifth different one I have been to in the last few years and there is no comparison! Trey and Sierra are an excellent team! Sierra is the best pta I have had the pleasure of working with in my forty years of surgeries. They are both kind, knowledgeable and very attendant. I am dissatisfied with my ACL rehabilitation experience at this clinic. As someone who has researched current ACL rehabilitation protocols and discussed best practices with my surgeon, I have significant concerns about the approach taken here. The physical therapy program appears to follow outdated, overly conservative protocols that do not align with current evidence-based practices in ACL rehabilitation.
