I called the help line for Vero Orthopedics to get an earlier appointment if there was a cancellation. To my surprise I was able to see Dr Alfredo Arrojas a week prior to my scheduled appointment. I was greeted for my appointment within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment. The staff was very attentive. Dr. Arrojas reviewd my issue and made suggestions as to a time line and course of treatment with regard to my availability. I was very impressed with his knowledge, concern, and professionalism.
Staff was very pleasant.. Nurse was comprehensive and attentive. Dr. Arrojas reviewd my issue and made suggestions as to a course of treatment. He does communicate rather quickly but not so fast as to be confusing. Would go all 5 stars but their communication (phone and text) system led to some confusion. Was texted that my appointment was cancelled,, after 25 min on hold i reached a very pleasant and apologetic staff who assured me it was not.. Will use this center again when needed.
Dr. Arrojas is excellent! He actually listens when you talk to him. His practice is efficient and responds to concerns quickly. He replaced both of my knees, and two years later I am scheduled with him for a total hip replacement. I wouldn't consider going to another orthopedic surgeon.
Dr. Arrojas performed my hip replacement surgery. He has a nice bedside manner. He is thorough in explaining the procedure and expectations. I felt very comfortable with Dr.Arrojas and knew I was in good hands. Aftercare is still ongoing as far as PT, and he monitors my progress along with his nurses and staff, and anything I need is accommodated. I highly recommend Dr. Arrojas. He's excellent.
Dr. Arrojas and Aaron Howell, DO, are miracle workers!!! When I first met Dr. Arrojas, I was extremely impressed with his expertise, hip surgery experience, and professionalism! My husband and I had planned a Regent cruise a year ago to renew our 5th wedding anniversary. Time was of the essence...I only had weeks to do this... for the surgery and recovery time...yet alone learning how to walk again.
