The visit was 'OK' but the level of compassion shown by the physician when I had mentioned how much I dislike the tests was less than comforting. "Be kind" does not exactly indicate any compassion. The tests themselves, were performed well.
Dr Hoffen was AMAZING! Explained what he was doing and what to expect. He was very kind and gentle. This was my first time having this procedure, Dr Hoffen made it a very relaxed and comfortable experience, because not knowing what the process was, I was truly nervous. But, Dr Hoffen made me feel confident that the procedure wasn’t going to hurt, he made me feel very relaxed, he told me I was a real trooper. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Hoffen to everyone. Very intelligent and professional
I needed to see this doctor earlier than my appointment and he was able to see me that day. His calm and direct manner put me at ease. Also, his confident diagnosis of my condition made me feel much better. I know I won’t get better overnight but feel like we have a plan to get there.
