Shoulder and arm pain. Received shots in shoulder and exercise instructions. Pain has subsided tremendously

Dr. Reuss performed my right reverse shoulder replacement on March, 2023. Everything was explained to me in detail prior to my surgery. The outcome was excellent! Dr. Ruess and his entire staff/team were fantastic, the best I've ever encountered. Should the need ever arise, I would not hesitate to call upon Dr. Ruess and would highly recommend him without any reservations to anyone reading this review.
Dr. Reuss performed my left total knee replacement in Nov. 2022 and my right in March, 2023. The outcome was excellent! He has a wonderful, caring, and responsive team. His PA Melissa clearly explained all that I could expect the day of my outpatient surgeries and post-op. Knee replacement is a big deal and I am very pleased I chose Dr. Reuss and his team.
Dr. Reuss took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know about my torn meniscus and the steps we need to help correct it.
My appointment was late afternoon and so I expected a delay. I was called in at my appt time, had an x-ray and saw the Doc less than 15 minutes later. He was friendly and attentive while examining me but hurried. Be ready with your questions/concerns or otherwise you might not get them addressed. Follow up arrangements were quickly made and very timely. Overall a positive experience.
