Always a great experience with Dr. Austell and his staff. I’ve had many injections and, I have always felt cared for and respected by the surgical center staff. Dr. Austell explains the injection procedure in detail before and during the procedure and, goes above and beyond to make you feel safe and comfortable. My thanks and appreciation for all Dr. Austell and the surgical staff do.

Got my injection done yesterday at the surgical center and once again was impressed with Dr Austell and the staff ! Everyone communicated with me the process i was about to go under and even up until it was time to do the procedure I was asked if I had any questions or concerns. Dr. Austell and staff are the best team - they are caring, kind, attentive and friendly. After procedure instructions are given several times. I’m always pain free for 3-4 months after my SI joint injections. I love Dr Austell!!

Dr. Austelle and his team were fantastic! They are considerate, competent and experienced. The procedure took about 10 min after I rec'd a mild sedative. I was a little anxious about having shots in my neck. The shots are steroids and anesthetic and worked immediately. I was pain free for 24 hrs, but then my headache came back last night. Today l am pain free again and I was told it takes a few days for the full effect of the treatment to take effect.
