Worst experience I've ever had in 53 years trying to make an appointment and talk to a doctor. After weeks of trying to get scheduled we had an 8:30 phone appointment and he didn't even have the decency to call me at 8:30. He never called!!!!! When I contacted the office, they informed me that telephone appointments have a 2-hour window. I know for a fact if I had a 9:00 appointment and I showed up to their office 2 hours later at 11:00, I'd be sent home and billed for a missed appointment. It so wonderful Dr.Moore is one in a million. Every one was wonderful. The one that made a surgery date was so sweet. We so uncomfortable with the other dr that had done a procedure. Dr Moore made us feel so much better about the surgery. Thank you Dr Moore I can’t say enough about every one we met in his office.
I had a coronary bypass procedure early June 2021 performed by Dr. Jaya sankar at Baptist Hospital Downtown Jacksonville FL. The doctor explained the operation and what to expect very thoroughly. My recovery was not as uncomfortable as I expected as the entire experience matched pretty much what the doctor said it would be. I was discharged with excellent instructions and all the medications I needed.
