Dr Pirris performed a quintuple bypass surgery on me with amazing results and recovery I was released from hospital 3 and a half days after surgery. My incision is smaller than expected and healing beautifully.
Dr. Celio was very personable yet very professional. He is passionate, knowledgeable and intelligent. He assured me when I was admitted for surgery that he would perform the same procedure for his mother which was very assuring. The surgery was successful. I Am making necessary adjustments but recovering well. I am grateful to have been referred to Dr. Celio’s Office and Staff.
dr Pirris was very patient with me and my questions and concerns over the choice between TVR vs Open Heart to replace my aorta valve. he explained things beforehand on multiple visits in a thorough and forthright manner. explained risks clearly based on my age, stats etc very well and that lessened my concern. procedure went great, no pain afterward and he came to see me every day in hospital afterward as did his PA.
Dr Vo was very attentive and put my mind at ease. He answered my questions and I am confident that when I do have surgery at a future time, he will fix the problem I have. Having an abdominal aortic aneurysm is pretty scary! But I am confident that Dr Vo will perform the surgery with excellent knowledge about what I need. Great office and care staff. Thank you!!
I have seen Dr. Vo for several years and have really needed him more in the last two years for various health concerns. He is compassionate and a wonderful listener; he answered all my endless questions patiently so that I can understand the procedures. Dr. Danny Vo is a gifted and exceptional vascular surgeon. His approach is to discuss and explain the patient's condition and treatment options with the patient. I was made to feel like an active participant in my own care. He performed several procedures on me and I was very pleased with the outcome of each. His office is professional and helpful. In short, if you are in the Jacksonville area and need a skilled specialist in vascular surgery, Dr. Vo has my highest recommendation.
Dr. Vo and his staff were amazing to my mother and me. On one hospital visit, my Mom was not even his patient and he came over to the ER to talked to her about the issue she was facing at that time, taking time to come to the ER after he finished a long day of surgeries. When Dr. Vo was her surgeon, he saved her foot from having to be amputated when her arteries were clogged and the blood was not flowing to her foot and they couldn't find her pulse. Dr. Vo recognized my symptoms inmediately...blocked arteries..100% in one leg and 80 % in the other. For several years I was treated for back and hip pain..a problem, yes, but not the cause of not being able to walk 25 feet without stopping due to unbelievable pain. He recommended angioplasty. It was immediate relief! I may be 73 yrs old but I feel like a kid again! ?? Dr. Vo and his staff are professional, personable, very efficient and willingly try to make your experience stress free.
