I requested routine screening after some atherosclerosis was picked up on two different x-rays on two different locations internally, to rule out sources of foot and leg pain. Dr. Montgomery and every single one of his staff at the Sacred Heart Payne Building office were friendly and helpful for my appointment and u/s. 10/17/2023.This morning I have tried to call and talk to someone to let them know that I am not going to make my appointment because I have an upset stomach and diarrhea. No human seems to be available. So I've left six voicemails in the span of two hours. This used to be one of the best offices to be able to talk to someone but things have obviously changed. Sad! Update, same day. I was made to feel like it's my fault for not knowing that it is one of the busiest days, Tuesday's, Geez!
Several different doctors to choose from. Multiple offices that appointments can be scheduled at. They also have satellite locations in order to provide convenience for all of their patients. All of the doctors are very experienced friendly and have great bedside manner. Their doctors are extremely compassionate as is all of their staff members. I had no issues with Dr. Patel other than I have not had him discuss my u/s report with me for more than a month now since he had to leave for surgery during my consult. Instead the surgery scheduler left a voice message 2 weeks after my appt to schedule a surgical procedure, before I knew the results and it was not even recommended by the doctor.
