After meeting for the first time, I really appreciated his patience, thoroughness, clear explanations, options provided with potential results, yet leaving the final decision up to me. He was not pushy nor rushed, and took the time I needed to clarify any issues or questions I had. The facility itself is fine. The hallways are very wide to provide room for wheelchairs and walkers which is nice. Handicap accessible as well. I did get into my appointment promptly and the MD showed up quickly after I was sat in the room. The facility and the rooms are not comfortable, feels very sterile and cold. The staff is good but not super friendly or helpful. MD was in and out very quickly. I did not have time to ask questions and he certainly didn't provide a vibe that he had time for me. Dr Popp was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I, at least know what I have, and hope to be able to continue dealing with it. Hes got a sense of humor which always is a plus!

Dr. Popp’s was a very knowledgable man. He gave me a good exam and his voice and sense of humor made me feel very comfortable. After I informed him I was very anxious during MRI he quickly responded we will help you and get you through it.

Dr Popp was very professional, no attitude and I was very comfortable explaining my pain in my back. He did not rush me and listened intently. I appreciate that. He gave me a course of action he was going to take.
