Dr. Popp was professional yet friendly and courteous. He is also very knowledgeable but explained things so I could understand. I also appreciate the fact that he was on time with my appointment. I would truly recommend him.
I've been experiencing what I thought was a problem with my shoulder. I saw a shoulder doctor and he immediately referred me to within 10 minutes of meeting Dr.Popp he spoke with me and immediately sent me for x-rays that were done in-house. He came and spoke with me and suggested that I have an MRI which in fact I did and I'm looking forward to my follow-up appointment with the doctor. I appreciate it his bedside manner was extremely professional and I feel like I'm going to finally get the help that I need.
Dr. Popp is a very dedicated spine surgeon. My husband is pain free since his surgery. I visited the doctor myself, recently, to discuss my back problems and feel very confident that I would have Dr. Popp preform surgery on me, if and when necessary.
I went to the ER and was referred to Dr. Popp. I had a cat scan done and was told that I needed to see a specialist. I called their office and they refused to see me because of some predetermined notion, and made me feel like I was two inches small. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Total Spine & Orthopedics in Melbourne. Top notch quality of nurses, doctors, and they don’t judge and assume. I’m actually extremely glad that they assumed- now I found a great place and I don’t need to pay to be belittled.
Hello! I’ve been to the Vero Orthopedic office twice now. It’s very nice and the people are friendly and easy to talk with. I especially like the “buzzers” you get after you check in to get notified. Very cool! Dr Popp has been very helpful with my recovery. Great personality and explains everything to you. On my recent visit, he pointed out things on my X-rays so I could understand what was going on. If the doctor can spend a few extra minutes with you - that makes a huge difference.
