Appt was right on time. The PA talked to me first for about 15 minutes followed by the doctor for about 10 minutes. Both were very informative about my situation, discussed any options that I had and left me feeling very informed about what me next steps will be. Great team work from receptionist to checkout.

I’ve had great experiences at Vero orthopedics. Had both my knees done by Dr Stack and he is magnificent. Can’t say the same for Dr plessel. I live in Port Saint Lucie and it takes me 45 minutes to get there $55 co-pay,so I was hoping for a better experience. Perhaps the fact that I had already had surgery on my shoulder And had not had a positive result could have been why the doctor was so disinterested. Dr. Plessl was an excellent communicator by explaining my shoulder issue throughly. He had great eye contact that confirmed he was listening to me. Many doctors make very minimal eye contact and I feel like just a number. Dr. Plessl is a very caring doctor and he’s honest.

Dr. Plessl was fantastic I haven’t had a visit with a doctor that was so concerned for my welfare as he was. He answered my questions in depth and wasn’t rushing through this visit. So yes great visit. Also the same feeling towards the young tec who peeped me. Also the front desk great reception. Thanks very. Much

The place is Huge but very well organized- all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Plessl was welcoming and took his time to explain everything, went over my xrays & MRI and showed comparative visuals as well.
