Excellent atmosphere. Dr. Popli is wonderful. He explained my issued throroughly. I left his office feeling that I was in good hands. My endoscopy was fantastic. The nurses are amazing ladies such a great energy and profesionalism. I would suggest that the waiting policy be accompanied by a lounge with a TV and comfortable seats, may be coffe and other drinks. Thank you for a very positive experience.
Outstanding Facility and Personnel. Dr. Fields is one of the Best doctors I have seen in a very long time. He is smart, compassionate, and really cares about his patients. We are not just a number. He diagnosed my condition and made a plan, and it worked. I feel great. Thank you Dr. Fields. Everyone of the staff members were so kind and friendly. I would recommend this practice to anyone!!
My first appointment was very disappointing as I waited for an hour after my appointment time in the lobby before asking if something was wrong as I watched 5 people that came after me get called back. I was told they were running behind and there was still 2 patients in front of me. I was then told it was going to be another 30 minutes before I could be seen. Shout out to Shirley for helping me get into the Patient Portal. I tried repeatedly to log in to the portal and was getting very frustrated. Shirley quickly diagnosed that the preferred browser to use was Microsoft Edge, not Firefox. I was then able to access the patient portal quickly. (Question for the IT people: Can't you add text to the login page recommending the use of Microsoft Edge?)
My primary referred me to a new doctor at this place, but they won’t let me see him because I WAS already an established patient with a different doctor in this building. I like Dr K, but he’s always so busy I can’t get in for months. It’s nothing about his skill, but their office policies are less than stellar. I like Dr. K, but I can’t wait 1.5 months for a consultation, then wait another 1-2 months for an exam. — because reasons of urgency.
