Dr. Forest was excellent for my shoulder evaluation and plan of care after a ski accident. I walked away fully understanding the extent of my injury, what the films indicated, and future course of care. I appreciated her bedside manner and thorough explanation of the process. Strongly recommend!
I have been a patient of Dr. Forest for several years now. Having worked for a few medical practices in MA over the course of 20 years I can say that her practice, from the front desk ladies to her assistants are compassionate, considerate and articulate. Dr. Forest is the ONLY doctor I will see for my shoulder, hand and arm needs. She is kind, comforting and extremely attentive to the person sitting in front of her. She takes time with you and you never feel rushed. I have and will continue to recommend her to everyone!
Dr. Forest came in and sat down right in Front of my husband as asked him all About his hand issue. She looked at us both and made eye contact. Th reason I am sharing this is because immediately we Felt cared for. She looked at the X-rays of course, but she was so attentive and gave him a really thorough exam. Asked so Many questions and listened. Was So kind and heard his concerns and fears. Wow! I wanted to hug her! We have a plan in place and can’t wait to follow up!
Second time I have seen Dr Forest with two different problems. She explained what was going on with my wrist and finger, as always I felt very confident in her explanation and the treatment. Started with Cortisone shot and explained what the next step was if this didn’t fix it. Was told if fine to cancel next appointment which I appreciate, not in for the money but takes pleasure in helping her patients.
Able to get an earlier appointment. Staff is professional and courteous. Wait time was acceptable. Dr. Forest answered my questions and explained treatment options.
