I fell on concrete and it was obvious I needed immediate medical care. We arrived in the office 30 minutes before closing, but the staff went to work on me immediately. X-rays showed a broken kneecap, which Dr. Stearns showed me and explained what to expect and plan for treatment. They put a full leg brace on me and gave me a prescription for meds and a wheelchair. Everything in this office, including staff and Dr. was handled professionally.
