I called to get an appointment, well....they asked my age (which is 59) and said the therapist doesn't take people that old. Um ok that is amazing-NOT. Keep driving on this place

Update: Lydia left the company to pursue another job. I apparently owe 100 dollars well I was supposed to see Lydia one last time and they canceled my appointment without telling me claiming they cannot let me see anyone with an unpaid balance yet did not tell me this when I booked the appointment. I took the time off work to see her. When I called the front desk staff was rude and I asked for a manager and the refused saying i would be told the same thing. Inflexible with schedules and unwilling to help squeeze patients in or let us temporarily see new providers if our normal psychiatrists are busy. Lydia my therapist is amazing though.

I went to schedule an appointment due to losing my psychiatrist and they only help if you see a therapist through them and they deem it medically necessary. They won’t help you if you have a therapist of your own. It truly shows the colors of this company.
