Dr Manuel Fortes is an excellent neurosurgeon. I had aneurysm in brain- back of my head causing acute chronic headaches. Dr Fortes did an amazing job fixing it. Aneurysm was situated at the back of head with all nerves and arteries around it, making it very difficult for any neurosurgeon to reach it. Dr Fortes did with perfect precision.
