I have severe arthritis in my left hand. Dr. Riggenbacher has helped me to function normally with injections. He has a wonderful bedside manner and his team is wonderful, too! I would definitely recommend.
My appointment was at 10:05. I was checked in, paid the co-payment, got my 3 cortisone shots in my fingers and was on my way to the car by 10:09. Less than 20 minutes total time at his office. All were friendly, efficient and tried to be pain free.
2 broken shoulders, he must have seen the fear in my eyes, he ensured me everything will be ok. He operated on my right shoulder, and let the left heal on its own. 11 weeks after my accident I am still recovering under Dr. Riggenbach’s supervision. Everyone at Orlando Orthopedic has been wonderful

Dr Michael Riggenbach is without a doubt the best hand orthopedic specialist on all of Florida. I have tried a few and he by far is the most knowledgeable. He also really takes his time to study my situation when I visit and explains to me in laymen terms what my problems are and the corrects the problem at hand perfectly (no pun intended). Dr Riggenbach and his whole team are absolutely amazing! Surgery was perfect and the before and after care from the team is wonderful! They make sure your good on every level
I have a pinkie that is starting to trigger m, so I went to my “Go To” Orthopaedic Doctor! I got a Cortisone shot for the short term. Dr. Riggenbach has been incredible since he has done two other trigger finger surgeries. Also, had x-rays done on my right shoulder with nothing going on structurally and Michael used his extensive knowledge to figure out a nerve issue! His X-ray tech and nurse are equally as professional, caring and very conversive and personable! Awesome experience, as I have come to expect!

Visit Dr. R for my hand after severing two tendon on my dominant index finger. He reattached my two tendon with excellent results. I did my rehab and after 6 months it's 95%. I couldn't be more happy. I'm sure I'll be 100%
