Dr. Bays explained everything. He listened. His staff was friendly and efficient. The day of the procedure I was very impressed how everything ran so efficiently.

Everyone (dr/nurses/assistants/receptionist) was very efficient, yet friendly and caring. The results of the procedure were explained and a detailed report accompanied me when I left. My comfort was their top priority. I was offered a blanket in case I was cold. Upon completion of the procedure, I was offered some juice. (After the fasting/prep, I appreciated this;). Thanks everyone!!!
