After several years of service and multiple direct interactions with the owner, Tuan, I can highly recommend MixMyRx. The turnaround time on prescriptions filled with them has always been quick if not immediate e.g. same day. Responsiveness and flexibility are hallmarks of the service in my experience. When filling larger prescriptions, which I've done several times, I was offered membership which has saved my wife and I several hundred dollars in total. Great place to get compounded meds for a great price *IF* you do not have allergies to compounding ingredients. This is *WHY* we need a compounding pharmacy in the first place. We stopped using them because of their mistakes- they sent us the same med we had gotten many times, but used a different filler because they entered it information into their system incorrectly. My experience with the pharmacist owner, Tuan Tran, was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. When I raised a legitimate medication safety concern, he was impatient, dismissive, and escalated the conversation instead of listening. He repeatedly talked over me, raised his voice, and made comments like “I have thousands of other things that I have to take care of” and “I cannot help you anymore,” before ultimately hanging up on me mid-conversation. Was recommended this location and signed up for the subscription service the price is phenomenal and speed of service is fantastic. Highly recommend.
The prescription I received was incorrect. The owner was unprofessional, disputing doctor's orders and recommending changes to my prescribed medication. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I cancelled membership.
