I wanted to love this pharmacy due to their better prices. I will say they are quick to ship and have prompt customer service. However, they have shipped incorrect dosages which I had to call twice about before they accepted responsibility for the error. They did finally ship again at no charge. They also have charged me triple what they should have which I mentioned when I called in the prescription but had to call again and speak to someone else to get them to admit the error abd refund. My experience with the pharmacist owner, Tuan Tran, was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. When I raised a legitimate medication safety concern, he was impatient, dismissive, and escalated the conversation instead of listening. He repeatedly talked over me, raised his voice, and made comments like “I have thousands of other things that I have to take care of” and “I cannot help you anymore,” before ultimately hanging up on me mid-conversation. Was recommended this location and signed up for the subscription service the price is phenomenal and speed of service is fantastic. Highly recommend.

The prescription I received was incorrect. The owner was unprofessional, disputing doctor's orders and recommending changes to my prescribed medication. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I cancelled membership.

Updated 2/3/24 1:50 pm; Simply Incredible! Very responsive! Jacqueline was lightning fast resolving the one issue that we ever had! (There was a charge put through that was not supposed to be; The owner was sincerely apologetic and resolved the issue in UNDER 2 Hrs!) Would highly recommend doing business with them!
