You are just a number and money to theses people. You call and of course they don’t answer. You need your meds adjusted and tell them you’re really struggling and they may call you back in a couple days. This place is what’s wrong with so called doctors.

Not a pleasant nor constructive experience with Brent. Our second appointment, he told us it was too early, he wasn’t quite awake yet, he asked what we talked about the prior week because he “sees so many couples it’s hard to keep track” and then asked if he gave us any homework to work on. He gave his personal “man’s point of view” opinion on how he would feel about our situation had it been between him and his wife. I had a little trouble getting to it. Just a small normal office. The people at the desk were kind and helpful

My provider, Joy Cloutier, was wonderful. She listened and offered helpful feedback and solutions. However the video call was terrible. The picture and sound would freeze so something should be done about video/ zoom quality.
