I have used Nystrom & Associates for several years. They’ve supported me with both therapy and medication concerns. My experience has been really great. Very caring staff and knowledgeable therapists. Highly recommend.
Matt is an excellent therapist. Bri gs his own experience to discussions and is well versed in addiction having been through it himself. Always appreciated when one knows from having been there himself.
This place NEVER has a human answer - in any department. The providers tell you they're going to send scripts to the pharmacy and they fail to keep their word. Then you have to babysit them and waste time finding NO ONE to speak with to ask why they can't and won't do their jobs. It's a cluster beyond clusters here. I'm didn't know at the time... the power of Google reviews. Also... AV integrates probation/fear... with Psychology/groomers. I have at least 4 nightmare scenarios that played out at this location. Will Nystroms reach out to me about my comment? We'll see.
Showed up for my initial appointment today. I was asked to sign a form stating I would be responsible for any charges my insurance wouldn't cover and any missed appointments. This form also asked for permission to communicate with insurance. My problem with this is that I'm being asked to accept responsibility for an undisclosed amount.
