I only had one appointment here. Honestly, I got the impression the Dr I was meeting was inconvenienced by being there. I know the first appointment is really just gathering information, but seemed very disinterested. At one point he asked me why I was even there. Despite the bad impression, I was open to giving it another shot and I scheduled a 2nd appointment for a week later. We got in so quickly without waiting months. His therapist is so amazing and personable and she's great with my son. I love being able to be in the room so I can learn things too because it helps me at home too!

Finally a place in the valley accepting patients in the valley with excellent, friendly, caring staff that you don't have to wait 8 months for. I felt heard and seen. If have been waiting to see a therapist, I highly recommend Nystrom & Associates.

Wildly unprofessional conduct of appointments. Had an appointment, and received an email with "testing resources" attached in a pdf and no other commentary. Called the office and was told that my appointment was not only cancelled, but there was not even a reason why listed. I was never contacted outside of a VERY brief email that shared outside testing resources. Highly do not recommend.

Went there in desperate need. The doctors treat you like a drug addict. I had 3 different doctors there in a year and they just made everything worse than it was, switching meds for no reason, ignoring me when I told them the medication that worked. They didn’t help, I am worse off now than I was before I started there! Avoid them unless you don’t want to get better!
