I called on December 12th to get my prescriptions refilled because my doctor didn’t send any during my appointment on December 1st and never got a call back. Called the following week, told it would be sent as urgent, never got a call back. Now it’s Christmas week, my doctors out of the office. Absolutely don’t recommend or will be back! After trying to see therapists to deal with my mental health issues, I question if the process even works because of this place. My former therapist Ed Yurick was unreliable, rude, and narrow-minded. I wasted weeks being asked the same questions over and over again. Then for him not be interested in what I wanted to discuss. The staff at front desk are very helpful for check in. I have never been in therapy before and my therapist is very knowledgeable and is most helpful in guiding me through the process. I would recommend Sagent to anyone looking for a company to provide a great service in the Brainerd and Baxter area.

500 dollar barely 30 min assessment rushed out the door basically asked some google questionaire and about a grand later absoloutly nothing but you will be given some random dangerous anxiety med instantly this place has made me loose all hope for mental health care. i am even more scared for the people who need serious help and then these people again let them fall through the cracks most unproffessional experience of my life and honestly who ever was doing this assessment seriously sounded and looked like they needed far m... read more

Very kind staff, encouraging, and a pleasure to do business with. Would give 5 stars but still trying to find a medicine that works. Other than that, everything going great/well? Appreciate everything else!
