Dr. Johnson is one of the best doctors we have had the privilege to work with for our son with extra special needs. He truly listens, and is helping us to treat and manage very complicated concerns. So far, he has been the only doctor able to help to this extent and bring much hope to our whole family. We're beginning to see a rainbow at the end of a very long lived storm.
Nystroms has been a good experience, even though i was required to go, overall it was useful,, thanks to the counselors Michelle and Alex it has been a non-invasive approach to my recovery(dependency rehabilitation staff particularly). My actual experience with my own care provider here is awesome!! But.....I tried to get my 16 year old son in here for months, and as a teen he refused that he needed to see someone. Then the summer of 2024 Our family went thru something really traumatizing and I finally got him to agree to go. He agreed as long as it was face to face and not virtually. The providers are ok but the department that is responsible for handling outside referrals is incompetent and/or lazy. They were tasked with referring me out for a service and all they sent was my name and DOB. Nothing about why I was referred or even the referring MD. This was after 3 times they said they sent the referral but 3 different places said they did not receive anything from them. The 4th time they sent my DOB and name. Pathetic.
My therapist is really wonderful! Its taken some time to find a therapist that I clicked with but I feel fortunate that I have found someone so great now.
