500 dollar barely 30 min assessment rushed out the door basically asked some google questionaire and about a grand later absoloutly nothing but you will be given some random dangerous anxiety med instantly this place has made me loose all hope for mental health care. i am even more scared for the people who need serious help and then these people again let them fall through the cracks most unproffessional experience of my life and honestly who ever was doing this assessment seriously sounded and looked like they needed far m... read more
As I was making my appointment, I was asked to give them my credit card. I suppose so they could charge services with no chance for me to dispute, review, or know fee ahead of time. I canceled. now I see the owners Mary Ann & Peter Nystrom donated to Republican Heintzeman. The Republican party platform does not support mental health. I certainly won't be supporting Nystrom & Associates.
Take an hour assessment they said, well put an internal referral in. Nope. Take another hour with us, we need to finish the assessment, nope. Stated they finished the assessment in the first hr. 2 hours in, still not complete with the assessment, and still no referral for evaluation? Meanwhile my external referral for evaluation has been sitting with them for 3 weeks. Not sure what they are doing over there. Be cautious!
It was a very good experience. Made me feel very comfortable. My 1st day I will continue to go very wonderful place. I give it 5 stars.
Dr. Johnson is one of the best doctors we have had the privilege to work with for our son with extra special needs. He truly listens, and is helping us to treat and manage very complicated concerns. So far, he has been the only doctor able to help to this extent and bring much hope to our whole family. We're beginning to see a rainbow at the end of a very long lived storm.
