My first appointment was scheduled for 2:35 pm today, and it was supposed to be virtual. I was waiting in Zoom for the provider to show up until about 2:45. Then, I decided to call and see whether there was an issue with my appointment. Zoom was still open in the background. Eventually, I was able to speak to someone and tell her about my predicament. I have struggled with addiction on and off for many years and David Wheelhouse runs a program like no other!! Beyond his care and love for his clients he helps me to understand what drives my addictions. Something I've never experienced with inpatient treatment or the numerous outpatient and telehealth programs I been a part of. Melissa Fairchild, let's talk about how to call me schizo when you directly ask if I am will take meds. how does that even make sense? maybe you should come to my living situation and see the roommates I had to deal with ones a big pot head and the other harassed me, you can use your schizo care tag on them instead. because I have to defend myself from my landlord and two roommates and I get touted as the bad one. so again, come spend a week with care quality type of people they will be happy to listen to you miss judging th... read more
My son has been struggling for a long time with mental health issues and depression. Finally after a wait, got him in to be seen with Ashley Miller. I told her he was super forgetful and needed reminder text/calls before his tele med visits . She said that was fine. Never did remind him so he missed a few appointments, and she dropped him as a client because of it. Leaving my son to once again feel like people are untrustworthy and unreliable. Therapy has become a joke ! No wonder we see increasing suicides and breakdown... read more
