Melissa is a wonderful psychiatrist. We went to her to help my sons with behavioral and mental health issues. Both of my son’s mental health issues have immensely improved so much that my younger son is a much happier and healthier state.

My first appointment was scheduled for 2:35 pm today, and it was supposed to be virtual. I was waiting in Zoom for the provider to show up until about 2:45. Then, I decided to call and see whether there was an issue with my appointment. Zoom was still open in the background. Eventually, I was able to speak to someone and tell her about my predicament.
