I was a patient here that suffered a traumatic brain injury due to a near fatal motorcycle accident and Sherry (the owner) decided to kick me out at my 4th day of being there and decided to tell everyone that I left on my own. Why would they put a vulnerable person out on the street for no reason. If I could file a complaint I would definitely do so because they are focused more on the money than they are helping those who truly need it. I rarely give 5 stars but Esther Yankey is incredible! She gave me hope and she actually helped me! I was seeing a different provider for short term help dealing with a really difficult divorce, over medicated and lack of proper understanding of medication led to a lot more difficulties. I reached out and I got Esther... she listened, understood, and cared! If you are navigating trying to get off of any type of medication, especially anxiety medications, please see Esther!
I get like my therapist (P) was Thoughtful and took the time to know me as a patient and remembered conversations from prior visits, and takes consideration for my feelings and questions.
Tammee Nevergall was lovely to work with. She was gentle and understanding with my 9 year old. Staff was friendly, helpful, and we felt safe, cared for, and respected.
My bill was $780 for the person to ask my history. No therapy was done just a bill for almost $1000 with no warning or anything about the price. All I wanted was for a mental health evaluation which they say they do on their website. Then I got an email saying that they do NOT do that, which was the only reason I went here. This is not a place for help its a place for insurance do not go here unless you think people asking you questions is somehow worth almost $1000.
