I can’t speak about the therapists, but the business end of things is TERRIBLE. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review in my life, but I had to express this somewhere. My husband tried to get in for care, they said we were good to go when we made the appt. Several hours before scheduled appointment, they called my husband and said our insurance was inactive. My teenage son saw Sharon Kramer at the Big Lake Clinic. We were going through some very difficult times and were referred to therapy. We were absolutely blown away by Sharon. She connected with my son and made him very comfortable. Sharon helped us get through a tough stage of life and we are both very grateful for her. He still says “That therapist was cool” 👍🏻 and has recommended friends with similar challenges take the same step.
