I just had my second session with Liz Honey and I love her technique and the progress we’re already making! We were able to jump into the current issues I’m dealing with and start making real change in both sessions. I’m a long time patient of Nystrom’s and this continues to be my go-to provider for mental health support. I’ve never made as much progress as I have here with multiple providers through many family support programs. Highly recommend

Visiting this clinic is like being drafted into a secret theater troupe called The Blood Pressure Chronicles. My appointments felt less like therapy and more like improv scenes where vitals are the lead characters and I am a confused extra trying to follow the script. Minor worries were treated like optional props while trivial hypotheticals were elevated to full-blown epic sagas. I am thankful to have learned the skills to help me break down my anxiety into steps that make me realize I am in control. This is new for me and without Mallory and her patience / assistance... I wouldn't be as strong and determined as I am at this moment.

Simon is amazing. He makes me feel comfortable and never makes me feel like I'm just a paycheck. I've been through several therapists in my life but have never felt like they truly cared until I started working with Sagent
