DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! they are highly unprofessional. I have been going here for many years and I have been experiencing medical issues and medication symptoms I have developed for a very long time. I wanted to change my meds I had kept asking to change them and I have been told no one changing anything and to just increase the doses of the medications I have been taking for so long now. I’ve been receiving services from Nystrom and Associates for many years. Their attention to your needs is always focused on, and I feel like their staff is well trained to handle any situation one might struggle with. They are very open to the LGBTQ+ lifestyle, and I didn’t feel ostracized in any way. Each therapist has always been kind, considerate, respectful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you contact them at one of their many locations. Telehealth services are available as well.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about Nystrom and Associates in Eden Prairie! I've only had two therapy appointments so far, but I'm already looking forward to scheduling my next ones. Heidi Bishop has been absolutely wonderful! She creates a safe and supportive environment that makes it easy to open up about my feelings and experiences. Our young adult granddaughter, who lives with us, is currently a client at Nystrom EP. I cannot comment of her treatment, but I have experienced frustration with the billing process. Granddaughter has some complex mental and physical health issues but has no health insurance. She cannot afford to purchase it, nor does she qualify for any financial assistance as she does have a job. only "gig" is address given in appt notice didn't include suite number & since, as i drove up, bdg is marked "Nystrom & ...", I expected to have to & then looked for a directory in lobby for my therapist not the worst problem but if it had been obvious in your communique, I would have immediately jumped on the elevator
