The worst mental health care I've ever had. I had an ARHMS worker that ghosted me and then I was told "we're terminating care due to lack of participation" when I was calling weekly trying to schedule another meeting. I spoke with a supervisor who said he would reinstate me and resolve the issue and every time I've called to check in the last year I'm told ""we're working on it". Do not go here, they do not value their clients and they will mess up your insurance.

My son was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome years ago but had the misfortune to go to Nystrom. His incompetent therapist that was hired because he had a warm pulse told him he did not have Asperger’s Syndrome. This incompetence caused him to make decisions that have created long lasting devastating effects on his life. He married white trash because he was unable to identify red flags! Now our family is dealing with a mess which was totally preventable!!!

I have never written a review before but I had to give people a heads up, if you go to this clinic for depression/ anxiety and have a busy unpredictable work schedule like I do this may not be the place for you. I had to reschedule my appointment, they were booked out so far in advance my meds ran out and now I have been trying to get a refill on both my meds. My daughter was put on a "contract" on a Friday and was discharged from their program by the following Tuesday, not having a chance to violate said contract. Then they lied about when it was presented to her! I have the records! That's not even the only time they lied. Totally unethical establishment.

Nystrom has helped me find therapy and services I’ve needed efficiently. It’s easy to talk to someone on the phone whenever I’ve needed to. The couple therapists I’ve worked with and also the psychiatrist have been professional, helpful and considerate in their roles. Particularly, Brett Sharockman, whom I currently see for couples counseling. He presents himself completely peaceful and always gets to the point to what we need by asking thoughtful questions and reading our body language for emotional cues. Thank you kindly!
