Visiting this clinic is like signing up for a reality show you didn’t audition for called Blood Pressure: The Epic. Every appointment felt less like therapy and more like improvisational theater where vitals are the lead actors and you are just an extra. Small concerns were treated like whispers while minor hypotheticals were elevated to epic tragedies. I go here for med management. I feel like my provider listens to me and my opinions about my care. I had been looking for a new psychiatrist for months after my last provider changed positions. I had tried two other psych doctors who felt my case was to complicated. I'm so grateful I found Nystrom.

My experience has been nothing but the best. I have Charlie as my therapists and it's nice to have one that listens to me and not rush through my sessions and expresses his feed back on how he feels and sees me doing. The comfort level to express honestly my feelings about me, how I am doing at home as well. On occasion I have brought my husband in to talk about how he feels I'm doing and he is comfortable talking about our relationship with Charlie as well. The staff are very friendly & helpful. My therapist & psychologist have made my rehabilitation so much easier. I can tell they really care about the work they do. If I’m unable to make it to their office, we are able to conduct our appointments over the phone or by video (link sent via email). I never forget an appointment because they text reminders. I’ve already suggested Nystrom to a friend.
