I love this place. The service is great! They actually listen to what you have to say. They make you feel super safe and comfortable. They make me feel like I matter and my feeling and thoughts matter. I'm starting to feel like a real person again

I've been seeing a provider at Nystrom & Associates for a few months and both my young children have been seeing providers for about six months. The front desk staff is amazing and very welcoming! Angie is especially good with my young children and they get so exicted to see her every week. Angie helps schedule all of our appointments and goes works with with our chaotic schedules. So far, I have only been here about 3 times and each session I attend, the front desk is amazing. They're kind and easy to work with and the smiles they give off, definitely help reassure people like me who stuggle with speaking in public. ♡ I see Kalene R. and Allison H. who are both super friendly and make me comfortable enough to share my story. If you're looking for a safe space to get help, this is the place! ♡

I spent months trying to get my medical records from here. I had to call them numerous times to have them send it to my new provider. Only when I was at my wits end, I find out they just switched to outsourcing their record request services who are also horrible to deal with (but that’s another story). I went to a provider here for years and as a patient, I feel that I am entitled to my medical records.
