My first scheduled visit i waited 4 weeks, it was canceled the day prior. Waited another 3 weeks for that reschedule. My husband also experienced cancelations, together we had 5 cancelations, 1 of them 4 hours prior to his appointment. So very frustrating just trying to get consistent care. The contract for fees is very misleading, upon receiving my bill I noticed several of my sessions went 1 to 2 minutes beyond the 45 min mark and was charged an extra $147.00 on top of the session fee. What's the point of having a company like sharecare if they don't provide medical records to their customers. I've been waiting 3 weeks for my records, THAT YOU HAVE AND WON'T GIVE TO ME! literally even had to reschedule a court date because of the incompetence.

I wrote another review for a different counselor through Nystrom's Madison office for my daughter, which was a completely different, negative experience than for this location which has been very positive. We both were doing telehealth through Nystrom, but through different offices. I have been seeing my counselor Cindy through this office a long time now, and I had been with for just about a month when everything happened with my daughter. I am so livid right now with this place it took me five months to get my husband to agree to do therapy and they call him on the day of his appointment to tell him he will either have to pay in full or cancel his appointment because one of their receptionist messed up and put him with someone who couldn’t take his insurance. I wouldn’t waist your time coming here especially if you have Medicaid and Medicare, what an absolute joke and waste of gas and time. I do telehealth visits with Grace Franey. So far, I've only had 3 sessions, but Grace is really terrific. She's the only therapist in the past few years that I've had that is working for me. Already, she has given me great suggestions on how to cope with my mental health conditions. Her demeaner is also kind, respectful, helpful, and unbiased. She's also always right on time. I like our treatment plan as well. She's very thorough with her work which is super helpful. I look forward to having more video visits with her.
