I have been with them for 3 years, horrible experience. My np (Nicole c) has been awful. Labeling me an addiction risk for using marijuana as needed for my cptsd and panic disorder (ask my therapist, I am NOT an addiction risk). Being incapable of doing things as simple as send refills in a timely manner. My records say i have been a 21 y/o female for about 3 years. She has been nothing but cold and rude. I started seeing Robin and she is amazing! This has been a very comfortable process for someone who isn’t easily comfortable. 10/10 recommend!

I see Addy and adore her. We connected well immediately in the first session and instantly booked out my weekly sessions with her. She’s so easy to talk to. She makes you feel comfortable sharing anything without any judgement or feeling too clinical but, has all the knowledge necessary to help you grow and work through things!

Terrible experience(s). My sons provider has been out sick several times and just this past Friday we had an appt in office at 3:30. I take my son out of school early, drive 30 minutes to get there just to find out we were incorrectly scheduled. The psychiatrist called me, told the receptionist to set up telehealth in another room (why not just on my phone?) to which the receptionist said she is a float and doesn’t know how. I just left.
