Nystrom & associates was great about getting me in to see someone for my medications almost immediately. A message sent Friday to them requesting an appt got me seen on Monday morning. I was quickly given a referral for counseling. Where they matched me with someone who can take my insurance, will do telehealth, deal with dual diagnosis patients and was able to get me a provider who can fit me in to get schedule relatively soon. My counselor is excellent. She knows what she's doing when it comes to accurate diagnosis. She listens carefully and asks the right questions in order to help me get to a better place in my mind when I'm struggling greatly and near crisis. I am grateful to be able to meet with my counselor over the telephone so thank you Nystrom & Associates for that! I will continue to meet via telephone with my counselor to deal with my mental health and hopefully gain tools to use on a daily basis. Highly recommend!
They are all so nice from calling to get an appointment set up she explained the whole process and what I need to do before seeing someone then seeing the provider who was so down to earth and easy to talk to it was like talking to a friend so friendly and happy and really listened to me and got my input on a lot of things and asked how I felt about certain things if I agreed with her or would change anything just amazing and I got in to see someone right away! My first visit with Paul was positive. He asked pertinent questions and took detailed notes while maintaining friendly eye contact. I look forward to future sessions with Paul!
I was able to get seen within days. My therapist is amazing and I feel very comfortable with her and am looking forward to my next sessions to help me continue to heal.
