UPDATE 4/26/25: Went to see yet another therapist that Nystrom told me had multiple years of experience in the categories I need (literally just anxiety, depression, and PTSD). Given time and money for three sessions only to receive self-help book recommendations and for the therapist to tell me that my anxiety would be lifelong and medication is my only realistic option. Please don’t make the same mistake as me and use any of the services at this location or company. I used to see a therapist at this location for years and one day I had to cancel an appointment, I did so verbally beforehand with my therapist. I then got a letter in the mail saying I owed $100 for a no call, no show. I explained to the billing office the situation, to which they demanded proof that I cancelled it beforehand. I am writing this with much disappointment. Recently I was in crisis mode. I stopped in the Mankato office to communicate to my psychiatrist for what I believed to be some pertinent information concerning work and home stressors. I was not asking for emergency stabilization or treatment, controlled substances as an anxiolytic or a non-scheduled appointment. I had a simple request that I felt needed to be communicated. My daughter’s provider was very kind, compassionate and I felt heard about all of my concerns. I highly recommend Nystrom and associates their therapist are dedicated to their clients and families they serve.
No good! I had a Dr. Cancel on me twice. It caused me problems with getting meds renewed as well as undue stress. I realize things come up. I hadnt even seen her yet. I hadn't even seen her yet for a med check.
