UPDATE 4/26/25: Went to see yet another therapist that Nystrom told me had multiple years of experience in the categories I need (literally just anxiety, depression, and PTSD). Given time and money for three sessions only to receive self-help book recommendations and for the therapist to tell me that my anxiety would be lifelong and medication is my only realistic option. I am writing this with much disappointment. Recently I was in crisis mode. I stopped in the Mankato office to communicate to my psychiatrist for what I believed to be some pertinent information concerning work and home stressors. I was not asking for emergency stabilization or treatment, controlled substances as an anxiolytic or a non-scheduled appointment. I had a simple request that I felt needed to be communicated. I love the staff I love how thorough everybody is there and I have had a great experience they have helped me so much they are very understanding and they are very patient with me and I never had a bad moment with them and I recommend them to everybody really hope this helps you

I have been blessed with some of the best people at Nystrom and Associates. They have been very polite, understanding, very flexible and helpful in all aspects. I am very grateful to have them helping me on my journey to better my health. The only problem I have had is sometimes the telehealth doesn’t connect right and that has caused a report of no call no show but was resolved by calling the office and letting them know what happened.
