If I could give 0/5 I would. Worst agency I've worked with personally and one of the worst I've interacted with as a mental health professional. Do not go here, do not call them; let's use our consumerism to drive this terrible agency out of our community so real mental health professionals can help people.

I thought I would be on a list for mental health services however to my surprise they assessed me right away and got me the help I needed they are supportive very kind people who understand mental illness I’d recommend them to everyone ❤️

Educated, open minded, thorough, kind, and understanding. Receiving services from them for over four years now, in several different ways. Highly recommended.

UPDATE 4/26/25: Went to see yet another therapist that Nystrom told me had multiple years of experience in the categories I need (literally just anxiety, depression, and PTSD). Given time and money for three sessions only to receive self-help book recommendations and for the therapist to tell me that my anxiety would be lifelong and medication is my only realistic option. I am writing this with much disappointment. Recently I was in crisis mode. I stopped in the Mankato office to communicate to my psychiatrist for what I believed to be some pertinent information concerning work and home stressors. I was not asking for emergency stabilization or treatment, controlled substances as an anxiolytic or a non-scheduled appointment. I had a simple request that I felt needed to be communicated.
