I am writing this with much disappointment. Recently I was in crisis mode. I stopped in the Mankato office to communicate to my psychiatrist for what I believed to be some pertinent information concerning work and home stressors. I was not asking for emergency stabilization or treatment, controlled substances as an anxiolytic or a non-scheduled appointment. I had a simple request that I felt needed to be communicated. Please don’t make the same mistake as me and use any of the services at this location or company. I used to see a therapist at this location for years and one day I had to cancel an appointment, I did so verbally beforehand with my therapist. I then got a letter in the mail saying I owed $100 for a no call, no show. I explained to the billing office the situation, to which they demanded proof that I cancelled it beforehand. They’ll give you the fastest therapist they can, but I’ve been through three this year already. First one was a new grad who diagnosed me with four different things upon our second time meeting and forgot to tell me she was pregnant- I only saw her a few times before she went on leave and had to switch providers. The next one they stuck me with was even more new to the field and all she knew how to do was smile and nod. I was provided with quick process. The office staff friendly and accommodating and the places me with the best therapist for what I need and want at this time. Great experience. Easy and efficient and so far a perfect fit.
Went here for counseling services for 6 months. Wound up missing my last appointment due to a family issue, and never heard back. Only communication that I had after was a handful of calls from their billing department saying that I owed an extra $117 for missing my appointment. My copay on visits was only $10. Recommend going anywhere else
