If you want to ruin your family send your kids there. My Son needed help and somewhere along the line he hasn't spoken to my wife in over a year. Nope wasn't in a broken home, nope no drugs or alcohol, nope no verbal or physical abuse. Whatever she did she (therapist) sent him away in an ambulance minutes after he and i ate lunch and laughfed our asses off. Worst year of our life, I will always love my son and his reasons are his. Cant wait to hold him again.

My therapist is very kind and compassionate and treats me with empathy. They're good about scheduling appointments and accommodations with over video, phone, in person. I'm very glad that I do my mental health services with them.

These providers have no idea what they are doing. You really have to advocate for your own care. Given it’s a mental health clinic… HUGE red flags. Do not waste your money here. Try a different brand reliable clinic with reputable providers.

Nystrom has always been helpful to me. I've been to different locations in the western suburbs. I really like Treasure, she's easy to talk to & understands my predicament. I also have been seen Mary Bingham and I really appreciate her also. I feel I am in great hands with both of them. Thanks again, Debra

Disappointed. We come from a split household with multiple kids looking for help with our child who has learning disabilities. They require each adult to have their own therapist instead of doing it by household (so parents cannot have same therapist, which means more money for Nystrom as they make each person have their own therapist). They don't seem to accommodate around a family schedule - we tried virtual therapy at first but then they insisted on having it in-person.
