I'm not going to say anything negative about Nystrom and associates as a whole because it a great clinic and pretty much all of the people I have dealt with there are amazing. I was trying to find a suitable therapist at either the Maplewood or Woodbury one they didn't have any female therapists available so I was sent to mendota heights which was fine. From the beginning I could tell this therapist didn't want to work with me, at all. She made little comments like who wants to take on New clients and so on and so fourth. Af... read more
My counselor prefers not to be announced but she is great. I recommend her everyone. This is a facility is clean. The receptionists are very friendly. There are no rude experiences here. I talk about anything and pretty much everything. It is my time to talk and work through the things on my heart, pain situations present and past, sometimes in the future. I leave with advise sometimes. Sometimes I leave knowing I was able to get something out and off my chest.Â
Plan ahead notes: From Lexington Ave, turn onto Centre Point and go straight into the parking lot (not around the other side of the building). Go in the door with the Nystrom label, walk to the end of the hall and go right. Review: nice location, good therapists.Â
She keeps my interaction with her very calm and cool she's very attentive to what I'm trying to get out and Overall made me feel very good about what I'm doing and I really appreciate that.Â
I just started seeing a new provider there last August maybe. Dr. Gendron. He is no longer there and they are shuffling me around. Ironically I found a new place that Dr. Gendron is working at an extremely happy I found him again. His father was a renowned and sought psychiatrist. He carries that quality. This place made a huge huge mistake losing him. His sister is a renowned psychologist also. His father left a legacy, and so will his son and daughterÂ
