This place was a complete waste of time. I sought out testing for a condition that should have been pretty straightforward but the whole process is STILL ongoing, 9 months later as i still do not have my test results. I saw a provider two times, one for an intake and the other for the testing. My intake appointment was in November and I finally was able to get testing in May after insurance issues (which were not their fault), a wait list, and my date for testing being cancelled on their end less than an hour before the ap... read more

Jacey Tupa has proven to be unprofessional, spiteful, and a bit unethical. She is NOT my child's therapist. A miscommunication caused me to schedule with the next available therapist. Ms Tupa had her staff contact me and hour plus after the cancelation to chastise me and share that the Director gave the order that I need to meet with the new therapist 1st! This place is really bad. The organization as a whole is poorly managed, disorganized, and confused. I set up my first appointment to explore gene sight testing, psychiatric medicine, and therapy. It’s been weeks and weeks and despite the provider ordering the gene sight test, no one seems to know anything about it. I’ve had to call 4 times now and everyone is confused. So very grateful to be receiving all the help I do from Nystrom! Keith Erickson, and Craig Carlson have been so very amazing, through my healing journey. I have been able to better myself in so many aspects of my life, and my mental health. The nurses r extremely helpful, just have to keep in mind they r also extremely busy. Thank You!
