My therapist is excellent ! We are on the same page. She oversees my journey with her sensitivity, insight, and caring. She helps me with my battles by offering ideas for resolving issues. She really listens to what I am saying. I have only had 2 visits with Kelsie, but we really click.
I’ve only been working with Melissa for a short time but my experience with her was immediately better than all the time with my previous therapist. She listens to my concerns and lets me talk when I need to talk, understands my humor, and most importantly, treats me as an individual and not a “one size fits all” approach to mental health
One of the worst experiences, and now, a data breech of my personal information. Nystrom & Associates is a sloppy organization, and further evidenced by their careless handling of patient's personal data. Shame on you.
So very grateful to be receiving all the help I do from Nystrom! Keith Erickson, and Craig Carlson have been so very amazing, through my healing journey. I have been able to better myself in so many aspects of my life, and my mental health. The nurses r extremely helpful, just have to keep in mind they r also extremely busy. Thank You!
