I have struggled with my mental for many years and always put it on the back burner until this past summer..I reached out to nystrom and associates.i was amazed at how fast and patient they were in handling my needs got set up with my psychiatrist and phycologist. Got my medication going and getting set up with Carrie w. She's amazing and has helped me come along way!!!Thank you Carrie and the rest of the team!
Allison is professional and easy to talk to. She really listens and is empathetic. I highly recommend her. Rob Booth is a great counselor. He is compassionate and offers a realistic plan to work on my anxiety and depression.
Carrie W. is incredibly helpful!!! She helped me to discover certain tools, that I never even realized I had, that I can use towards life on my own. I was skeptical at first but it turns out I'd recommend this to any and everyone, whether they thought they needed help or not with things. Changed my outlook. Two thumbs up!!!!
My experience so far has been a bit, less than ideal. I set a follow up appointment with my therapist after already having spoken with her for about a month. bi-weekly. We suggested maybe a month or 2 gap between meets, and yet I haven't heard from anyone at Nystrom since(This was all back in December 2023). It's nearly been a whole year since yet I get charged monthly for this "service".
The therapist my son talks to has been amazing and I couldn’t say enough about how helpful she has been. The psychiatrist office though is lacking a great deal of professionalism. After rescheduling the first time (now 2 months later) I was setting up for the zoom appointment and get a call saying I have not rescheduled yet. I mentioned that the appointment was rescheduled for today and a follow up the end of July.
