This is not my first experience with mental health care, but it is my first with virtual sessions. I’ve had no problem adjusting. My mental health care provider with Sagent has been excellent. It can’t be easy having a neuroscientist as a client, but she absolutely meets me where I am, in all ways. Thank you.
Allison is professional and easy to talk to. She really listens and is empathetic. I highly recommend her. Rob Booth is a great counselor. He is compassionate and offers a realistic plan to work on my anxiety and depression.
On the recommendation of my MD, I made an appointment with a PA at Nystrom and gave them all my info.including my insurance info. There is not a direct line to the Oshkosh office so you could be talking to someone anywhere in the state or MN. I showed up for my appointment today and was told they only accept Network Medicaid, not network Medicare. My insurance covers out of network providers but Nystrom does not accept it. Erin Oaxley is a great doctor. She listens without judgement, discusses options, and promptly takes whatever action is necessary. I was kind of sketchy about online psychiatry but not any more. I would give Nystrom a 5 out of 5 stars and I'd give Erin a 6 if I could! Thanks
The therapist my son talks to has been amazing and I couldn’t say enough about how helpful she has been. The psychiatrist office though is lacking a great deal of professionalism. After rescheduling the first time (now 2 months later) I was setting up for the zoom appointment and get a call saying I have not rescheduled yet. I mentioned that the appointment was rescheduled for today and a follow up the end of July.
