I’ve had some really traumatic experiences with therapists in the past, including confidentiality being broken, so starting therapy again was honestly scary for me. At first I was matched with a therapist who ended up canceling on me twice before we were even able to meet, which made me nervous about continuing. Called and left a message for my child's provider because he took his pm med in the a.m. by accident. The nurse never called back. I called again 8 hours later after leaving multiple messages and found out the provider responded within 30min and he was suppose to be closely monitored for blood pressure and heart issues but they never called back to give any info.

I had waited for so long ( about 4 months), to get an appointment for a testing. I do understand the reason for the long wait; however was v upset and still am for what followed after. When the day arrived, and having cancelling work , and driving in the cold weather, I was told by Stacy Hottester, that she just looked at my record and stated I can’t be take the test! Say what ? They were atrocious in helping me. Crying out for help and got nowhere. Several phone calls later, and they opt out last minute to help. They allow their psychiatrists to decide what they're going to fill out and they can lie to you on the phone. And say that they'll look at it. And will take care of it on a different day. And then don't. Left me high and dry without work until something's figured out. Terrible mental heath care! Would NOT recommend to anyone.

My daughter came back happy after the appointment which gave me hope that will work out because we worked with another therapist at a different clinic and it did not.
