I originally chose Clare at Nystrom because her background and values aligned well with what my girlfriend and I were looking for. However, I was very disappointed to find out that my appointment with Clare on July 17th was cancelled without any notice. It's been a nice place so far, my provider is very knowledgeable and kind. Only thing I'm not a fan of is the fees for missing appointments, but I get it.
Friendly staff. Easy scheduling. Clare is a wonderful therapist!
If you are looking for a therapist whom has a flexible schedule that fits your needs this unfortunately will not be the place for you. All of there afternoon appointments are always taken especially the slots that work best for me. I felt forced to take a spot that doesn't fit best with me because that's all that had next available, but I tried to make it work. I've used Nystrom for counseling & nutrition therapy twice during my life so far - after my mother's death and currently for self improvement. The staff at the Front Desk in the Woodbury & Roseville locations are very welcoming and personable. The counselors I've seen have been fabulous at addressing my concerns & working with me to improve my life. I'm very grateful to have such a service covered by insurance. My only recommendations for the company would be for more avaliablity for counselors close to my home and for staff... read more
