Horrible services. They don't want to understand their own clients only help those who are already fine. They don't understand that the ones who struggling are the ones who need the most help. I worked with Christopher Reigstad a long with other counselors and I was often met with unhelpful criticism. They were often judgemental and would say what should have happened and what I should do making me feel worse about myself. My experience at Nystrom and Associates has been great! My counselor (Jan) is educated as well as kind and caring. It’s been a welcoming experience. Being a client of faith has also been welcomed which was very important to me! I look forward to receiving their guidance in my sober journey rebuilding the woman I’ve neglected for so long! I have been going to Nystrom for many years. At this location in particular, I have been working with Nicole Daniel (who is beyond phenomenal at Psychiatry) for two years. She is very knowledgeable in her field and at the same time, very compassionate and open to hearing her patient's desires and concerns. She also explains things very well which is great for people like me that were hesitant to start meds in the first place. Her empathy has helped me just as much as the meds she has prescribed for me. My experience has been excellent so far. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I rate Nystrom & Associates the best compared to others. Thank you for providing me excellent service. It was exactly what I wanted.
Very unprofessional, lack of communication, I did not receive the proper care, I have had by far the WORST experience in my life with this provider. I no longer utilize their services. My new providers are working wonders compared to my care with Nystrom and Associates.
