I've been coming here for almost a year now. Everyone has been kind and helpful. I've been able to keep up with my sessions even when bed bound due to surgery through the telehealth. I have been able to keep my appointments consistent, very huge bonus! Only thing is I'm sorry it took so long to find a reliable place. Thank you for everything!
My Dr. is absolutely professional, hears my concerns and questions while determining solutions for me. I highly recommend Nystrom and Associates. I am very grateful I have them helping me.
I had a great experience with their outpatient chemical dependency program in New Brighton Minnesota. And Lizzie Slater is an incredible child therapist in St Louis Park Minnesota!
If you need actual mental health help etc. Find a different place, or provider. They (Nystrom, as a whole) are no help at all whatsoever. Especially dealing with prescriptions. Nothing but problem after problem.
We are fortunate to have found a counselor that we have worked with previously. So far, things have been great. What I have appreciated the most at this point (aside from our wonderful counselor) are the reminders. Whether text, e-mail, etc. There is no way I should forget an appointment with all the wonderful reminders. I do appreciate them!
