Scripts were sent to the wrong pharmacy after requesting it be sent to a different one weeks ago. Called the nurse line first thing in the morning and the LPN said she’d send the request to the provider. Never happened. Called back a few hours later, same nurse said she’d write a note but the provider is leaving in 30 minutes. Told her if she could contact the provider before she left, seeing as I’d been trying to get this filled for hours. Again. Nothing happened. Kristina Ballard was my therapist through the Stillwater, MN location. I could not have asked for a better counselor. She helped me through some of the hardest times of my life. Especially during a relapse that occurred. She made me feel safe and secure and assured me I was doing the right thing by seeking help. I highly recommend Kristina to anyone who is struggling with Substance Abuse. She knows what she is doing and she cares so much about her group. If you are considering help, ask for Kristina Ballard!
Steven Young is an amazing therapist. Out of the park home run. I actually look forward to going to see him. If you have been thinking about going to therapy, request an appointment with Steven. He is so down to earth and someone who is easy to connect with. I feel heard and understood. He makes therapy fun and enjoyable instead of stuffy and boring. I have never had such a great experience with any other therapist. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Everyone is nice and helpful throughout the whole process. My therapist is amazing. She helps me with learning the tools I need to handle the overwhelming day to day things I deal with. I am my husband's caregiver plus I am dealing with cancer issues. I didn't really know where to start with being able to just handle life anymore. These people are great at what they do.
