Therapist asked a teen if they wanted to participate in therapy after only one session. When the teen said “not really” they were dismissed from therapy. Most therapist should try and establish rapport before simply dismissing a client.
Michelle L Greydanus, CT, MA at Nystrom & Associates is completely unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone dealing with mental health issues! If you cancel one appointment (which I had to because she scheduled me at the same time as my very important doctors appointment I have been waiting months for and can’t reschedule.) she will and did drop me as a client without any notice!
