Michelle L Greydanus, CT, MA at Nystrom & Associates is completely unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone dealing with mental health issues! If you cancel one appointment (which I had to because she scheduled me at the same time as my very important doctors appointment I have been waiting months for and can’t reschedule.) she will and did drop me as a client without any notice! I am a big fan of Nystrom & Associates. Now that they are all over MN it is easier to get mental health service anywhere. I am very grateful for this company!
Non existent care and prejudice don’t go here unless you want to leave worse off then when you came in.
A close friend referred me to Nystrom for me & my teenager & it's been the best experience. We both now have amazing therapists that truly care, hear us & are helping us heal & grow
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Nystrom has given me the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of medical or psychological service. I have had the same appointment rescheduled 6 times, 4 of which I was called the day of because my provider was not in the day I was scheduled, and 2 of which I was no-showed on a video call. When I submitted a complaint, all they did was assign me a new provider and postpone my appointment yet again.
