I wanted to thank one of the customer service person (Sophia) who went above and beyond in helping me sched a virtual appt with one of the Psychiatrists PA-C. I was supposed to be bringing someone for an In person but thought it was a virtual appt. Sophia worked to contact the Psychiatrist PA-C and send a new link so we could do the virtual appt. Incredible experience thus far with therapy. Everything is so structured and I have already been given so much insight in a short amount of time. I’m still in intake process but it’s so thorough. I truly feel like I am in good hands. Maya Waller is extremely professional, yet warm and comforting at the same time. I am looking forward to really learning how to heal and manage my mental health better. Thank you Nystrom.

I have been going to Sagent behavioral health previously known as Nystrom And Associates for many years. I have had really good experiences with all those that I’ve come in contact with. I highly recommend Peace facilities.

2 years ago I had a counsler that saud they were leaving the clinic and they charged me private pay which I gave um my updated insurance that was very wrong but its gotten better after that but still not sure what the intentions was on thst .
