I appreciate the physical therapy treatment I received with Rachel today. She is patient, knowledgeable, and gentle when it came to the rehabilitation of my right foot. It has been difficult dealing with the injury and I could've been more considerate. Thank you for your time today Rachel and for being so caring. Dr was great. Very formal and informative. Unfortunately, that's my only good feedback. I was having conversation with a staff member after i just saw the doctor when his peer needed to step in to talk for him in a rude manner to inform me to wait again just to sign a paper they forgot. I don't plan coming back.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with the team of medical provider. Dr. Michael Montegut The office is a complete mess—no one ever answers the phone, everything goes straight to voicemail, and good luck getting a callback. When you try to get help, no one knows anything, and you’re constantly being bounced around with zero answers. The staff is unorganized, the communication is terrible, and overall the service is completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.
I’ve had various issues with this location. From making it difficult to get prescriptions to providing a poor experience to people impacted by DV… they don’t meet my needs. They also have billing practices that are shady at best. They have been trying to collect a sum of money that I don’t owe for months. I notified them in the office- no one can help (even with a physical receipt they printed out for me). I was told I had to call a service number. Great office, clean and very professional. Dr. Baldwin was great to work with. I received a shoulder repair due to a torn labrum and now i am nearly back to my full self. Highly recommend this office. I have no complaints.
