I’ve had various issues with this location. From making it difficult to get prescriptions to providing a poor experience to people impacted by DV… they don’t meet my needs. They also have billing practices that are shady at best. They have been trying to collect a sum of money that I don’t owe for months. I notified them in the office- no one can help (even with a physical receipt they printed out for me). I was told I had to call a service number. Great office, clean and very professional. Dr. Baldwin was great to work with. I received a shoulder repair due to a torn labrum and now i am nearly back to my full self. Highly recommend this office. I have no complaints.
Today I went into the walk in clinic located on second floor. My son who is 2 years old had X-rays done fast and quick, we also had answers right away. We did arrive early morning, not sure if it’s busier it’s other times. Anyways our visit was amazing! Everyone was so nice to us and it was one of the best facilities I’ve been to since moving here a few months backs. Most importantly child friendly, everyone was patient with him. Definitely looking forward to our next follow up!
It’s very nice and clean office. Staff is very friendly and professional I want to say special thanks to Karen who helped us at the front desk it was 12/31 I was there with my son Pedro they took care of everything needed to help him also I wanted to say thank you to Dr. Thomas Hines. I highly recommend it
Everyone in the office is fantastic! The doctor's are on top of their game. They take their time with you and listen to all your concerns and they always make sure they address them before you leave. The front of the office, patient rooms and therapy room are very clean and sterilized. Would recommend ..
