I had my first appointment with Dr Baldwin in January. I could tell immediately that he was a kind, caring and professional surgeon. I appreciated that he tried a conservative approach with a steroid injection. But, my shoulder ended up needing a scope procedure which I had completed 2 days ago at their surgery ctr downtown. Wonderful experience from the front desk all the way to seeing the doctor. Everyone was helpful and made me feel comfortable and calmed my nerves. I would highly recommend.

First, I’d like to Say that the staff is very friendly. I was here about a week ago with knee pain. Dr Justin gave me an injection which had made it much better but now my other knee is acting up and I am at your office right now for a second visit. I have been to orthopedic doctors several times in my life, but never one as good as him. He identified the problem And found the solution.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, with that being said let me tell you no one goes ready to a doctors appointment there’s a lot of fear and tons of questions, but Joanie has been more than great as soon you walk in you get this Lady positive energy no more fear, she’s so understandable of your pain, answer all your questions, she take her time to make sure you walk out of the office understanding everything, business definitely need more people like Joanie !!!!!!!
