For one thing, it makes you feel good when you walk into an office that you’ve never been and the staff I’ll have smiles and very friendly and very helpful. We did not have a long wait it was quite short. The doctor introduced himself to us very, very nice very pleasant and very clear in his explaining as to what my husband‘s problems were what he has and then the next step was what are we gonna do about it? Dr. Kothari is a very human and humble surgeon. He listens, he understands what I was going through and the surgery is a real success. For me, as a Canadian being away from home, it was reassuring to have that of relation with the surgeon. Thank you so much Dr and I highly recommend you to everyone!
Very good doctor, new at Coastal. There was very little wait at the office, and he was easy to talk to and attentive. I have many problems, and he listened. After looking at my MRI's and going over my issues, he said he didn't think the problem was my back. He recommended a pain management doctor he knew about and sent the doctor a referral. I just saw that doctor today and was very impressed. Great experience with Dr. Kothari.
Dr. Kothari is a complete professional. Knowledgeable, informative and concerned about every phase from preop through postop. He was also able to put my wife at ease and gave her his personal phone number. Thus far I have not needed to use any pain medication and at this point I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to have him perform the surgery.
I was checked in readily, having completed the needed forms online. I had a very short waiting time before being taken for x-rays. All personnel (receptionist, ray technician, nurse, dr.) were cordial, pleasant, and professional. Dr. Kothari showed me my x-rays, gave me explanations, and answered my questions. He was gentle in removing my staples ( hip surgery) and removing my cast (elbow).
