I traveled 160 miles to see Dr. Paterson. His office staff were so kind and efficient. Dr. Paterson is not only an amazing surgeon, but he also has such a genuine and caring demeanor. He immediately put me at ease. Dr. Paterson performed ultrasound guided carpal tunnel release on both of my hands. I didn't feel a thing - after the numbing, of course. It took him approximately 30 minutes to do both hands. I recommend him highly! Thanks Dr Paul!
My experience with Dr Paterson was excellent. He is a caring person as well as a competent and knowledgeable surgeon. He figured out why I was having pain and numbness after a year of going to other orthopedic surgeons, a neurologist and physical therapy. He resolved the issue and I am on the mend! Thank you Dr Paterson.
The staff was friendly and courteous. I was taken back to the exam room a few minutes after arriving. X-rays taken. Seen after a brief wait. Dr Paterson was professional, knowledgeable, laid back, informative and took a common sense approach to my issue and available treatments. I was very comfortable throughout the visit. Very pleased with the attention I received.
Dr. Paterson was attentive, well informed and prepared for me as soon as he stepped into the room and his diagnosis was well thought out and informative and i hope that he is correct. I feel like i got a good Dr. And plan of care. Highly recommend.
This doctor is an amazing man, he is a normal human being, he does not have the standard bedside manner of a surgeon. He genuinely cares about his patients and does everything in his power to ensure that you are comfortable. While the procedure is not super fun getting a carpal tunnel released, I don't know that I would rather any other doctor perform that procedure then he. I'm thankful for his kindness and his help. All of the staff at Vero Orthopedics are also on their game.
