This is my 1st appointment with the sleep center so I was clueless as to what I’m doing. Brandy was absolutely amazing and helped me understand everything that we need to do together. Everyone from front desk to Brandy in the back was very friendly and helpful. They greeted me with a good morning and smile to saying have a great day when leaving. I had read previous reviews before my appointment so I was a little weary but I left there very pleased with my visit.
Does anyone remember the last year Dr David E Phillips was here please? and how do i get my records when i was seeing him?
The people in the office are super rude!!!! They do not accept self pay! It's a shame I've heard great things about the doctors and I am in need to be seen immediately. while I don't have insurance, but do have a way to pay for my testing they said they can't take my self pay based on other people who have been excepted and could not pay for their testing, so they take it upon them selves not to help any one who can manage their self pay and testing! Legitimately the worst office staff I have ever had to work with. Takes for every to get an appointment and when you do they rush you through so they can bill insurance. Did an at home sleep study and took 25 day to get an appointment for the results. Went to the appointment and did not get them. Now I have been waiting for them to call me for my equipment and it has been 3 weeks.
I called today to try and find a doctor for my father who has been diagnosed with mesothelioma. The new patient intake person was incredibly rude and immediately said “if you’re part of that lawsuit we can’t see you”. I said I have no idea what you are talking about to which she snapped off about a mesothelioma lawsuit. I told her I just needed to find someone to care for my father. She finally said well if you’re not involved in the lawsuit, we can see you in 4 to 6 months. I was very surprised because the life expectancy o... read more
