I wish on everything I could give somewhere zero stars. Beware that this clinic apparently switched ownership, and they are very short staffed. The associates that they have scheduling appointments for patients are not aware of what insurance they take, what procedures need to be taken prior to the appointment, and they will not communicate with you until 30 minutes before the appointment. Wonderful, kind provider, SIGNS ARE NEEDED. When you go in, you have to look all around. After you leave the office, there are no signs that say EXIT, or CHECK OUT. Every other place I go to has this. Much easier
Maria Swisher is phenomenal! She really cares, listens, knows so much and is able to explain things really well. She absolutely does her best to help as best as she is able. I really can’t say enough good things about her, she’s been amazing and very supportive.
Natasha and Shannon are amazing; office and business support are great. Glad I decided to get mental health help here.
The staff her is wonderful. I am very pleased with the help I have received.
