I have only had absolutely atrocious experiences with them. I have never received a single second of any service from them, and they keep sending me bills. I just got my sixth one in the mail today, and this is after they told me it was a "clerical error" when I called after the second bill. If a place can't handle something as simple as a bill, I doubt they could handle your mental health any better.
Dennis Dozier is a brilliant counselor. Wise and caring. I value his insights and skills tremendously.
My psychiatrist, Natasha is very pleasant and personable. It’s easy to talk to her and share any information needed.
My therapist at this location has been absolutely amazing. One of the best therapy experiences I have had. Very welcoming, challenges me in a very productive manner, and supports me when working through difficult times.
I'll need another star for this one; five just won't do it justice. This organization and the folks that work here have been stellar! I've recently sought therapy here and everything from the patient intake to every individual appointment has been great. I feel like the Therapist I see currently is easy to identify with and that goes a long way to helping to cope with a recent diagnosis.
