Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and courteous. Dr. Koka explained things and made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Koka had to step in after I had a complication from another doctor's colonoscopy. He was going to do surgery on the weekend. He was on call, but he made himself even more available. He was calm, explanative & got high praise from nurses who had seen him work. He made me feel confident in what he said. It was nice to see your own doctor's group see you at the hospital & not just a hospitalist.
